DETOX

If you want to lose weight, detoxify.

We all know that if you want to lose weight you should eat less and exercise more. But overweight is caused by more than just too much food and too little exercise. A hidden enemy has crept upon us and has an adverse effect on our health and well-being. Our bodies are being poisoned by toxic substances present in our food and the environment Do you put on weight immediately after you lose it? Are you frequently tired? Do you suffer from bloating, mood swings or cellulite? Toxic substances trapped in your fat cells could be the cause for this. Detoxification could be the answer to your problems.

A HIDDEN ENEMY

Recent research has shown that toxic substances present in our bodies are partly responsible for people gaining unwanted weight. Toxins are all around us and can become embedded in our fat cells making it difficult to lose weight. Certain foods expose us to toxins like

It is important to exercise while detoxing. If you don’t, the toxins that are eliminated from your fat cells just continue to circulate around your body and will be reabsorbed! You might lose weight initially but it will just come back on again. You need to exercise and, literally, sweat them out. This increases your chance of keeping the weight off.

Research has shown that green vegetables protect cells from ageing and assist in eliminating toxins from our bodies.
